Catered Crop & Simon Says Stamp-a Shapely Combination

Hello! Today I am sharing a card a made for Catered Crop's So Shapely Challenge and Simon Says Stamp Challenge's Anything Goes Challenge. When I looked at these challenges, the card I made was not what I imagined (not even close!). This card so out of my comfort zone, but I kind-of love it!

 

I made the circles by punching out green sticky notes with two circle punches. And 10 points if anyone can guess where the dog is from! Don't know? A gift tag from Target! I found a set of 4 at Goodwill for 19 cents!
